Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your package with one week's notice. Changes take effect the following billing month. Contact us directly to adjust your plan at any time.
Cancellation requires two weeks' written notice. No refunds are issued for completed lessons. If you cancel mid-month, you are responsible for payment through the current billing period.
Yes. If you miss a lesson due to illness or emergency, we can reschedule it within the same month. Make-up lessons must be scheduled at least three days in advance.

There is no long-term contract. A one-time registration fee of 100 EGP applies to cover materials and setup. Monthly billing begins immediately upon registration.
